Job summary

SteerBridge is seeking a Doctrine/Policy Writer to support the Governance Section of the GPN Program Office. This role provides dedicated doctrine and policy writing support, leveraging operational experience to operationalize concepts and codify GPN processes into official Service publications.

The individual will work independently or under general direction, providing technical writing, editing, and research support for studies, reports, and policy products.

Qualifications

• Experience writing and editing CONOPS, doctrine, and policy documents.
• Ability to staff policy documents through formal coordination.
• Experience extracting lessons from exercises and real-world movements.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and update CONOPS, logistics doctrine, and TTPs for the GPN.
• Draft and analyze official policy documents like MCOs and NAVMCs.
• Extract, analyze, and integrate operational lessons learned to update doctrine.
• Assist in collecting information for reports, studies, analyses, and edit deliverables.
• If dual-hat PM for Task 3.1, oversee contract performance.
