Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc. in Westampton, NJ is seeking a Part-time Outbound Dockworker to safely load and unload freight from trailers and verify related paperwork.

Forklift experience is preferred and a flexible schedule may include day, night, weekends or holidays. Compensation includes hourly pay with potential increases and weekly direct deposit. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to read, write, and speak English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Previous experience operating a forklift or other material handling equipment, preferred.
• Prior experience in warehousing, freight, and/or logistics preferred.
• Ability to safely operate equipment and follow all company and government safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading freight on trailers using appropriate equipment – forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Picking, staging, and securing freight inside trailers to insure safe transport.
• Utilizing document management system to track and monitor freight shipment locations throughout the terminal.
• Communicating with terminal personnel and drivers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including but not limited to day and night shifts, weekends and or holiday work.
• Operating with a customer service first mentality.

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a Part-time Outbound Dockworker to join our team in Westampton, NJ. This role is responsible for safely transporting freight on and off trailers, and verifying related documentation via the electronic and manual systems. Prior forklift experience is preferred.
