Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc. in Camp Hill, PA seeks a full-time Outbound Dockworker to safely load and unload freight, verify documentation, and operate forklift equipment. Prior forklift experience and some warehousing exposure are preferred; strong reading/writing English is important for accuracy and safety.

You will join a team focused on safe, efficient freight handling with strict adherence to safety regulations, and you may work varied shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift or material handling equipment experience, preferred
• Experience in warehousing, freight, or logistics preferred
• Ability to operate equipment safely and follow safety rules
• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using forklift or pallet jack
• Pick, stage, and secure freight inside trailers for safe transport
• Use document management systems to track shipment locations
• Communicate with terminal personnel and drivers
• Maintain a flexible schedule including day/night shifts, weekends or holidays
• Operate with a customer-service mindset

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a full-time Outbound Dockworker to join our team in Camp Hill, PA. This role is responsible for safely transporting freight on and off trailers, and verifying related documentation via the electronic and manual systems. Prior forklift experience is preferred.

• Earn $23.55 per hour. Rate will increase to $28.35 after 12 months of employment
• Weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit – overtime after 40 hours

Dockworker responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Loading and unloading freight on trailers using appropriate equipment – forklift or electric pallet jack
• Picking, staging, and securing freight inside trailers to insure safe transport
• Utilizing document management system to track and monitor freight shipment locations throughout the terminal
• Communicating with terminal personnel and drivers
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including but not limited to day and night shifts, weekends and or holiday work
• Operating with a customer service first mentality
