Job summary

A. Duie Pyle in Williston, VT is seeking a full-time Inbound Dockworker to safely load and unload freight, verify documentation, and manage trailers using forklift or pallet jack. Prior forklift and warehousing experience are preferred.

The role offers a starting hourly rate of $24.25 with an increase to $29.05 after 12 months, with weekly pay and overtime after 40 hours. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, vacation, PTO, holidays, and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Previous experience operating a forklift or other material handling equipment, preferred.
• Prior experience in warehousing, freight, and/or logistics preferred.
• Ability to safely operate equipment and follow all company and government safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading freight on trailers using appropriate equipment – forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Picking, staging, and securing freight inside trailers to insure safe transport.
• Utilizing document management system to track and monitor freight shipment locations throughout the terminal.
• Communicating with terminal personnel and drivers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including but not limited to day and night shifts, weekends and or holiday work.
• Operating with a customer service first mentality.

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a full-time Inbound Dockworker to join our team in Williston, VT.

This role is responsible for safely transporting freight on and off trailers, and verifying related documentation via the electronic and manual systems. Prior forklift experience is preferred.

• Earn $24.25 hourly rate ($23.55 + $0.70). Rate will increase to $29.05 hourly rate after 12 months of employment
