Job summary

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a part-time outbound dockworker in Williston, VT to safely load and unload freight, verify documents, and operate material handling equipment as required. Forklift experience is preferred and attention to safety is essential.

We offer weekly pay via direct deposit, a 401(k) with company match, annual profit sharing (100% employer paid), and opportunities to grow within our long-standing logistics team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Prior experience in warehousing, freight, and/or logistics preferred.
• Ability to safely operate equipment and follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading freight on trailers using appropriate equipment – forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Picking, staging, and securing freight inside trailers to insure safe transport.
• Utilizing document management system to track and monitor freight shipment locations throughout the terminal.
• Communicating with terminal personnel and drivers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including but not limited to day and night shifts, weekends and or holiday work.
• Operating with a customer service first mentality.

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a Part-time Outbound Dockworker to join our team in Williston, VT.This role is responsible for safely transporting freight on and off trailers, and verifying related documentation via the electronic and manual systems. Prior forklift experience is preferred.

• Earn $22.75 per hour. Rate will increase to $23.75 after 12 months of employment
