Shook, Hardy & Bacon is seeking a Docketing Specialist in Washington, DC to provide multi-jurisdictional litigation calendaring and docketing services using BEC or similar software. You will review dates, enter deadlines, and generate calendar reports to support litigation teams.

The role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent and at least two years of docketing experience; strong data management skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent with at least two years of litigation docketing experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-jurisdictional litigation calendaring and docketing services.
• Review documents for relevant dates and enter deadlines in BEC or similar software.
• Create, review and distribute calendar and case reports.
• Respond to requests from litigation team members regarding docketed events and deadlines.
• Maintain documentation for docketing processes and assist with ad hoc projects.
