Armstrong Teasdale is seeking a Docket Coordinator to manage our IP docketing system, track deadlines, and support US and international IP matters. The role requires updating docket databases and producing reports for attorneys and clients.
Qualifications include 2+ years IP docketing experience, proficiency with CPI/Anaqua/Lecorpio/FoundationIP, and a high school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred). The position is on-site in Missouri with standard firm hours.

The Docket Coordinator manages the docket system to track deadlines and mitigate malpractice. This role will support US and international docketing processes and supports Intellectual Property.
