Job summary

Xpress Global Systems in Solon, OH is hiring Dock Workers / Forklift Operators. Starting at 9:00 AM, the role pays $18.49 per hour with overtime opportunities and a Monday–Friday schedule—no weekends or holidays.

40+ hours weekly with PTO, holidays, and a benefits package including medical, vision, and dental insurance. Dock workers load and unload freight by hand or with a pallet jack, sort products, and ensure trailers are properly loaded.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience.
• 18 years old.
• Meet minimum hiring criteria.

XGS dock workers are responsible for loading and unloading freight by hand or by using a pallet jack, sorting product and ensuring that trailers are properly and accurately loaded. This position includes using a barcode scanner and helps to maintain the service center dock neat and orderly.
