Job summary

Xpress Global Systems (XGS) is hiring dock workers, forklift operators, forklift drivers and material handlers at its Solon, Ohio service center. This entry‑level role starts at 9 AM and pays $18.49 per hour, with morning, afternoon and graveyard shifts available.

You will load and unload freight by hand or with a pallet jack, scan barcodes and help keep the dock tidy. Must be at least 18 years old, have 6 months of experience and meet minimum hiring criteria.

XGS dock workers are responsible for loading and unloading freight by hand or by using a pallet jack, sorting product and ensuring that trailers are properly and accurately loaded. This position includes using a barcode scanner and helps to maintain the service center dock neat and orderly.
