Job summary

• Recertifying 20 lb. tanks including inspection, painting, and valve replacement.
• Painting and replacing valves in ASME tanks.
• Utilizing forklift and other machinery to unload trucks and trailers.
• Coordinating with vendors for outside recertification.
• Providing customer service and dispensing information as required.

SUMMARY:

This employee is responsible for ensuring the company maintains an optimal level of tank and appliance inventory.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receiving propane tanks from districts and wholesalers, evacuating, and evaluating as needed.


• Dispensing propane, filling tanks for placement and sale.

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This job operates in outdoors year round in all types of weather. The noise level in this environment can be loud.
