Job summary

Precision Vehicle Holdings is seeking a proactive Dock Supervisor to lead daily dock operations for loading and unloading of new vehicles at our Ft. Wayne facility. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, while guiding a team and coordinating with transportation partners.

Qualifications

• Proficient in interpreting and administering Collective Bargaining Agreements.
• Computer proficiency essential, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of DOT compliance and vehicle handling procedures strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dock operations for loading/unloading activities.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, OEM standards, and company quality requirements.
• Communicate tasks clearly to team to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Monitor vehicle handling and ensure all vehicles meet standards before shipment.
• Conduct inspections for damage, quality, and compliance.
• Supervise crews to ensure accurate scanning, inventory, and staging for outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with transportation teams to streamline dock workflows.
• Allocate resources including manpower, equipment, and supplies.
• Respond to inquiries from employees, customers, and visitors.
