Responsibilities

• Process LPNs and assign dock spots.
• Monitor dock doors and coordinate with yard for timely trailer pulls.
• Maintain pallet manifests and print placards.
• Relocate pallets from dock to staging using RF.
• Run Open Wave reports and monitor dates.
• Chase outbound cartons with full/split case departments.
• Review Freight Detail Reports for open ship via status.
• Close docks with 0 destined and free up spots for next wave.
• Ensure loads are staged and ready to ship on time with Transportation.
• Maintain daily inventory of Ward trailer fleet.
• Assist supervisor with pallet inspections for accuracy.
• Absorb supervisory duties in supervisor's absence.
