Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to perform shipping duties and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees dock operations for terminal staff.
• Directs and evaluates dockworkers for proper equipment use and procedures.
• Conducts daily inspections to ensure regulatory compliance (DOT and company policies).
• Trains and coaches workers on safety, performance, and equipment use.
• Reviews reports and suggests improvements for terminal efficiency and service.
• Promotes a safe, clean, and organized dock environment.
