cw is seeking a Dock Operations Coordinator to support daily dock, shipping, receiving and transportation activities in a high-volume logistics environment. You will coordinate with carriers, tenants, vendors, and facilities teams to ensure efficient freight flow.

The role emphasizes scheduling, documentation, performance tracking, and safety/compliance. You will handle data entry, reports, and coordination across loading areas, with a focus on customer service and operational continuity.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in transportation, logistics, or warehouse ops.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication with carriers, tenants, and staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Accurate documentation and record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, and freight movement.
• Schedule dock appointments and carrier arrival/departure times.
• Communicate priorities and changes to carriers and stakeholders.
• Monitor dock activity and assist in resolving routine issues.
• Maintain documentation like BOLs, packing lists, and manifests.
