Premium Guard, Inc. is hiring a Dock Coordinator to ensure the timely processing of outgoing shipments (LTL) in accordance with company procedures.

The role includes assisting with loading/unloading freight, acting as the supervisor's second set of eyes for correct freight placement, and monitoring trailer loading quality to meet outbound cut times. Additionally, you will coordinate trailer swaps, optimize efficiency, assist with closeout preparation of trailers, and ensure pallets are accounted

Qualifications

• This position supports loading and unloading of freight.
• This role acts as the supervisor's second set of eyes to ensure correct freight handling.
• Monitoring loading quality of all trailers.
• Ensuring loads’ out cut times are met and pallets are staged for shipping.
• Coordinate swaps of trailers and optimize efficiency while minimizing duplication of effort.
• Operate a forklift for staging and loading.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading freight.
• Ensure correct freight is loaded in the right location at the right time.
• Monitor trailer loading quality.
• Support meeting outbound cut times.
• Coordinate trailer swaps with supervisor.
• Organize freight, information, and personnel to maximize efficiency.
