• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; basic math and computer skills (email, spreadsheets, word processing, presentations).

Responsibilities

• Leads in dock area training, quality, productivity, and safety.
• Monitors material flow and coordinates segregation by species.
• Trains workers in equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Supervises dock workers, keys, and leads; coordinates with foreperson and supervisors.
