• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information clearly.
• Basic math and ability to work with money and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Lead dock operations and supervise dock workers and keys as assigned.
• Ensure proper use of protective gear and safe operation of machinery.
• Monitor workflow, report performance and attendance concerns.
• Train workers in equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Coordinate segregation by species and manage dock processes.
