Ensure proper use of protective gear and safe operation of machinery.
Monitor and expedite flow of materials in the dock area; adjust as needed.
Communicate with foreperson and supervisors about problems or concerns.
Operate crane, forklift, or other equipment with appropriate licenses as needed.
Oversee dock workers and direct dock operations.
