• Forklift, crane, and other applicable operators’ licenses.

Responsibilities

• Leads in one or more dock sections focusing on training, quality, productivity and safety.
• Ensures proper use of protective gear and safe operation of equipment.
• Reports performance and attendance issues to supervisor.
• Trains workers in equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Oversees dock workers and coordinates material flow and segregation of fish.
• Operates crane, forklift, and other equipment with proper licenses.
