This role supports warehouse operations and requires quick, reliable teamwork within a fast-paced service center. Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to read shipping labels and forms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of safe lifting and freight procedures.
• Familiarity with shipping forms (shipping orders, manifests, freight bills).
• Ability to use dock yard management system.
• Willingness to work evenings and full-time shifts.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using a forklift, pallet jack, or by hand in line with DOT guidelines.
• Transport freight within the service center across non-forgiving surfaces.
• Monitor shipment locations with the Dock Yard Management System.
• Read shipping labels and complete forms used in freight movement.
• Hand load, rewrap, or stack freight as needed.
• Secure freight inside trailers using pallets and straps.
