Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to safely load and unload freight.
• Familiarity with freight forms and labels.
• Ability to operate forklift and hand tools.
• Knowledge of dock yard management systems.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using forklift or manually following DOT guidelines.
• Move freight safely within the service center and monitor shipments.
• Read shipping labels and complete associated freight paperwork.
• Secure freight inside trailers using pallets, straps, or other equipment.
• Ensure quality loading and proper securing to prevent damage.
