Raymond Storage Concepts in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Dock & Door Service Technician to install, maintain and troubleshoot dock and door equipment including overhead doors, levelers and safety devices. The role emphasizes safe practices, customer satisfaction, and efficient service delivery.

You will diagnose issues, perform installations and routine maintenance, maintain records, and coordinate with the dispatcher to optimize labor and travel time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–5 years relevant experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical skills and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Complete required safety training and maintain safe work habits.
• Diagnose equipment and determine causes of malfunctions.
• Install and repair dock and door equipment per customer needs.
• Maintain service records and complete paperwork accurately.
• Coordinate with dispatcher to maximize labor efficiency.
• Maintain a clean service van and inventory of tools/parts.
• Interact professionally with customers and other teams.
