Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Dock Clerk to manage the flow of goods in the receiving department. You will track shipments, verify documents, and liaise with planning, transportation, and operations to ensure accurate handling and timely distribution.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to stand 8-10 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with warehouse systems (FMS/DMS/TMS) is a plus. Bilingual Spanish/English is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading processes at docks and ensure safe, correct handling of goods.
• Verify receiving documents (bills of lading, invoices, packing lists) for accuracy.
• Physically verify goods against shipping documents using systems or scanners.
• Coordinate with planning, transportation and operations to keep dock flow efficient.
