Lift, Inc. is seeking a full-time Dock and Door Technician in Coatesville, PA to diagnose and repair dock and door systems at customer sites. You will perform preventive maintenance, manage parts, maintain the company van, and document work to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic experience, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time. We offer competitive wages and rich benefits.

THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR DOCK AND DOOR TECHNICIAN

THE SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time position serving customer locations in and around Coatesville, PA.

YOUR ROLE:

As our Dock and Door Technician, you'll travel to customer sites to diagnose dock and door issues, perform safe and efficient repairs, and complete preventive maintenance checklists. You'll also manage parts and inventory, maintain your company van, and ensure all work is properly tested and documented, keeping operations running and customers confident in your work.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• 18+ years old
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• High school diploma, GED, or technical degree
• 2+ years of relevant mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic experience

Experience repairing loading docks and doors, strong critical-thinking skills, and the ability to work independently with professionalism are preferred.
