Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a licensed attorney to assist with E-Discovery and document review on mass tort and class action cases. This is a remote opportunity, open to attorneys barred in South Dakota, who will handle discovery activities and related tasks across hosted platforms.

The role may involve deposition preparation, trial support, and motion drafting as needed, with a focus on thorough document review and privilege handling to support litigation goals.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• An active member in good standing with the South Dakota State Bar Association.
• Minimum 1+ years of personal injury experience.
• Prior E-Discovery / Document Review experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform substantive document review on platforms such as Relativity, DISCO, etc.
• Review and code documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, issues, and privilege
• Assist with preparation of privilege and redaction logs as well as challenges to privilege
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

Summary

Morgan & Morgan is looking for an attorney that is barred and resides anywhere in South Dakota to assist with E-Discovery / Document Review on mass tort and class action cases. This is a remote opportunity. The E-Discovery Attorney will assist with discovery activities, primarily document review on hosted platforms. From time to time, they may also take on other tasks, including deposition preparation, trial support, and motion drafting.
