Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an E-Discovery Attorney licensed in South Dakota to support mass tort and class action discovery remotely. The role involves document review and related tasks across hosted platforms, with occasional deposition prep, trial support, and motion drafting.

Qualified candidates hold a SD law degree, are in good standing with the SD Bar, and have at least one year of personal injury experience; prior E-Discovery/document review experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the South Dakota State Bar Association
• Minimum 1+ years of personal injury experience
• Prior E-Discovery / Document Review experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform substantive document review on platforms like Relativity or DISCO
• Review and code documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, issues, and privilege
• Assist with preparation of privilege and redaction logs and challenges to privilege
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
