Qualifications

• High School diploma required with 2 years progressive work experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between the program and the DOC or CSSD referral source.
• Coordinate with staff, referral sources, and clients to support engagement and retention.
• Provide outreach and support to difficult-to-engage clients, including orientation sessions if required.
• Ensure accurate data entry and timely reporting to maintain CDCS and contract requirements.
• Communicate with clients, staff, and referral sources in a positive, professional manner.
