Job summary

RTX is seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineering or STEM student for an internship in Middletown, CT. You will create and approve assembly process instructions for development engines and support production readiness on the assembly floor.

Responsibilities include reviewing BOMs, implementing assembly instructions, and driving new robust processes while improving technical proficiency. U.S. citizenship is required for access to program information.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or STEM Major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship session.
• Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship session. Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and should be a rising junior or senior undergraduate student at a minimum.

• Proficient in Teamcenter, NX, Solumina & SAP
• Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
