• Grow technical proficiency in areas including engine hardware, assembly methods, and assembly equipment
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve safety and efficiency in assembly activities

The selected candidate will participate in the Engineering Development Program (EDP) for the Development Operations and Product Safety, Certification, & Validation (PSCV) organizations. This is a two‑year rotation program in which participants move between three job functions across DO and PSCV, granting them a breadth of experience and insight to the multifaceted world of jet engine development, building and testing the next generation of aerospace propulsion technologies. At the conclusion of the EDP, the candidate will return to the Assembly Process Engineering team for permanent placement.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
