Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
• 5+ years of experience developing or verifying safety-critical embedded software.
• Experience with DO-178B or DO-178C airborne software certification.
• Familiarity with DO-330 Software Tool Qualification considerations.
• Strong writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Tool Qualification Plans and certification artifacts.
• Determine Tool Qualification Levels per DO-330.
• Develop and execute tool qualification tests and document results.
• Coordinate with software, verification, and certification teams.
• Maintain bidirectional traceability between tool requirements and evidence.
• Support audits and technical reviews.
• Develop qualification data packages for authorities.
• Participate in reviews and certification readiness activities.
