Job summary

Mercy College of Ohio is seeking a full-time Assistant Program Director for the DNP-Nurse Anesthesia Program. The APD provides leadership, program administration, curriculum development, accreditation support, and collaboration with clinical partners to ensure quality clinical experiences and strong student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Nursing Practice or related doctoral degree is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program is required.
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) credential is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, review and revise the curriculum and assessment processes for the DNP-NA program.
• Lead accreditation activities with COA and CCNE and prepare supporting documents.
• Maintain teaching workload across didactic, clinical, and lab components.
• Oversee residency experiences and collaboration with clinical sites and coordinators.
• Participate in candidate selection, interviews, and advisory groups.
• Engage with stakeholders to support student recruitment and retention.
• Coordinate didactic and simulation integration with program leadership.
