Job summary

Mercy College of Ohio seeks a Program Director for the Physician Assistant program to lead the organization, administration, and fiscal management. The role includes supervision of medical and instructional staff and ensuring accreditation readiness and ongoing compliance.

Responsibilities include communication with stakeholders, programmatic review, and collaboration with the Dean and Enrollment Management to optimize admissions, materials, and budget.

Qualifications

• Graduate Degree (Masters) required.
• Post Graduate Degree (Ph.D) preferred.
• Licensure: NCCPA certification and OH license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee organization and administration of the PA program.
• Ensure ARC-PA standards compliance and accreditation reporting.
• Lead assessment, outcomes analysis, and curriculum improvement.
• Supervise program medical director and leads across faculty.
• Collaborate with Dean and Enrollment Management on admissions and budget.
