Job summary

Mercy College of Ohio is seeking a 12 month full-time Physician Assistant Program Director to lead the PA program’s administration, curriculum oversight, and accreditation readiness in Ohio. You will supervise the Medical Director, key faculty and staff, and drive data-driven curriculum improvement.

Responsibilities include AAC/ARC-PA compliance, CASPA recruitment collaboration, budget stewardship, and engagement with internal/external stakeholders, while managing strategic operations and

Qualifications

  • Physician Assistant licensure in Ohio is required.
  • Current NCCPA certification is required.
  • Master's degree in PA studies is required; doctorate preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee didactic education and supervised clinical experiences for students.
  • Ensure accreditation compliance and prepare reports/site visits.
  • Communicate with faculty, staff, students, and stakeholders.
  • Supervise medical director and PA program faculty.
  • Collaborate with Dean of Health Sciences on program strategy.
  • Lead admissions collaboration with CASPA and marketing materials.
  • Develop and steward program budget for operations.
  • Engage in teaching, scholarship, and service as faculty.
