Mercy College of Ohio is seeking an Assistant Program Director for the DNP-Nurse Anesthesia program. The role includes leadership across curriculum development, accreditation, budgeting, and faculty oversight to ensure high-quality student outcomes.

The APD will collaborate with clinical partners, manage recruitment, and support faculty performance while maintaining clinical practice. Strong teaching experience and accreditation familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Doctoral or DNP in nursing with CRNA certification.
• Minimum 2+ years CRNA clinical experience.
• Minimum 1 year teaching/education experience (preferred).
• Accreditation experience preferred.
• Didactic Educator Micro-credential required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, review and revise curriculum and assessment for accreditation.
• Provide leadership for program administration and budgeting.
• Oversee nurse anesthesia residency and clinical sites.
• Participate in applicant reviews and candidate interviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and professional organizations to advance the program.
