Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Project/Program Manager to govern the DNA program and partner with Fiserv. You will coordinate vendor performance, SLAs, escalations, contracts, and budget while ensuring reliability and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 2+ years in program management, strong communication skills, and experience with cross-functional initiatives. Hybrid schedule with opportunities across Hillsboro, OR and Rocklin, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in program/project management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of core banking operations and vendor services.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs and dependencies.
• Experience managing vendor SLAs, contracts, and invoices.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Governs relationship with Fiserv and operational performance of the DNA program.
• Coordinates vendor performance, SLAs, escalations, contracts and spend.
• Manages governance, communications, and strategic alignment.
• Leads operational and quarterly business reviews with leadership.
• Coordinates change readiness and testing for releases.
