Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Manager - IT Programming to lead the design, programming, and integration of the Fiserv DataSafe environment and DNA App development. This role will also manage the BASE24 nonstop system integral to ATM and card interfaces, driving modern engineering practices and secure delivery.

You will oversee agile methodologies, mentor a team, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements while delivering high-availability financial software and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of seven years designing and managing financial core transaction systems.
• At least three years of agile project management and team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead programming for the Fiserv DataSafe, Fiserv DNA App development, and BASE24 nonstop systems.
• Direct and modernize database design activities for in-house programming.
• Coordinate with vendors on data mapping and integration configuration.
• Ensure compliance with credit union regulations in high-transaction environments.
• Mentor the team, promote agile practices, and uphold coding standards.
