SIXT in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Title and Registration Specialist to manage the title and registration process for our fleet. You will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain accurate MSOs and license documents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive title/registration experience.
• Understanding of state-specific title/registration requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to work across teams and analyze information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, maintain, and record information for car registrations.
• Process MSOs and paperwork for vehicle registrations and renewals.
• Maintain license plate inventory and ensure proper processing.
• Collaborate with vendors/branches to ensure timely processing.
• Assist in vendor selection and validate invoices for payment.
