Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in financial analysis and at least 2 years in federal contracts, with strong Excel and data skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in financial analysis, pricing, or program finance.
• At least 2 years supporting federal government contracts.
• Proficient Excel with data modeling and pivot tables.
• Knowledge of FAR and federal cost/pricing principles.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project budget trackers with forecasts and burn rates.
• Review financial performance with project managers and recommend actions.
• Prepare monthly summaries, variances, and EAC projections.
• Assist with annual operating budgets with the Controller.
• Support pricing for federal solicitations and contract modifications.
• Maintain pricing templates and rate tables for proposals.
• Coordinate with Contracts, HR, and Recruiting on compensation and pricing compliance.
