Eddy County is seeking a part-time MVD Clerk to support the busy county office. You will process registrations, renewals, and ID applications, assisting customers with accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities include handling licenses, copying and scanning documents into the Tapestry system, and ensuring compliance with state MVD regulations. Irregular hours and meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy office environment.
• Experience processing registrations, renewals, and ID applications.
• Familiarity with motor vehicle regulations and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Process registration renewals and non-commercial driver licenses and IDs.
• Handle vehicle registrations and renewals.
• Copy forms for lobby access and copy/scan approved paperwork into Tapestry.
• Maintain compliance with State Motor Vehicle regulations.
• Provide positive customer service to visitors in the lobby.
• Attend job-related meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
