Job summary

Euromotors Auto Group, a San Francisco Bay Area dealership, seeks a DMV Clerk to manage title documents and provide service by phone and email.

At least 2 years of title processing experience is required; Tekion experience is preferred. You will submit DMV paperwork, maintain schedules, and support a cooperative team in a high-standard environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience Title processing required.
• Tekion Experience strongly preferred.
• Positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and diligent.
• Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail.
• Clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality.
• Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process DMV title documents in a time sensitive manner to achieve or exceed title reporting standards
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service via phone and email
• Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing
• Ability to prioritize
• Prepare purchase and trade-in documentation
• Contact banks to obtain lien releases
• Prepare paperwork for submission to the DMV (in state and out of state)
• Maintain DMV and payoff schedules
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Post bundle reconciliations
