SUGARED + BRONZED LLC is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a team of store managers and drive performance across designated markets. The role emphasizes sales growth, customer service, expense control, and a culture of excellence.

You will lead talent acquisition and development, ensure operating procedures are followed, and collaborate with store leaders to deliver high-impact results. This full-time role requires travel between markets and a passion for beauty services.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of multi-unit management experience in a retail or salon environment.
• Strong passion for the beauty industry (esthetician or cosmetology experience preferred).
• Willingness to travel between designated markets and work full-time.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and implement all operational initiatives effectively across store locations.
• Drive KPIs and ensure a high level of service at each location.
• Attract, hire, and retain a diverse team of top talent.
• Manage store-level utilization by monitoring demand, labor trends, and staffing each location accordingly.
• Oversee the scheduling and booking software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Work alongside Managers during weekly store visits to provide hands‑on leadership and support.
• Lead manager and associate development through training, feedback, coaching, and growth planning.
• Ensure continuous professional development and sales performance by providing ongoing training and education for Store Directors.
• Foster a warm, fun, and friendly environment for both store teams and clients.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Area Manager role plays a key role in aligning store operations with company objectives, fostering a culture of excellence, and delivering consistent, high-impact results.
