Responsibilities

• Guide dealer groups through DMS evaluation and purchasing.
• Develop knowledge of current DMS providers’ features, benefits, configurations, and contracts.
• Manage a book of clients across different DMS stages.
• Conduct client calls, review DMS proposals, and negotiate pricing/terms with dealers.
• Provide ongoing support throughout the DMS engagement.
• Maintain professional standards and Gillrie’s reputation in all interactions.
