Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Prior psychiatric technician experience preferred.
• Exhibit well developed communication skills. Can professionally receive and follow oral instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver DMH Way trainings with facility staff and leadership.
• Collaborate with hospital departments to assess training needs and develop curricula.
• Obtain certification to deliver DMH Way with high fidelity.
• Assist leadership in identifying staff training needs across disciplines and implement in-service training.
• Structure training content to incorporate a trauma-informed lens and continual process improvement.
