Job summary

Akido is hiring for Behavioral Health Care Manager / Program Manager roles in the Inland Empire, CA. The team focuses on Enhanced Care Management for underserved populations, blending clinical care with program supervision.

Roles require MSW or MFT (CA licensure preferred) with local residency. The two versions differ in supervision scope and salary, and the role is hybrid with in-person clinic engagement and field outreach.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in behavioral health care coordination and Medi-Cal or similar populations.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a personal caseload and deliver high-quality behavioral health care.
• Conduct screenings and assessments to inform care plans with the team.
• Serve as a go-to resource for behavioral health questions and crisis triage.
• Document encounters accurately in Care Director and HIPAA-compliant systems.
• Lead team activities, training, and performance management.
• Oversee program operations, enrollments, and budgets.
• Facilitate meetings and represent the team in stakeholder discussions.
