Job summary

Akido Care in Inland Empire seeks a Behavioral Health Care Manager to oversee a personal caseload, perform screenings, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care for Medi-Cal populations.

This role also supports supervision when paired as Program Manager, requiring 2+ years of field experience and a California license in practice. Hybrid work with clinic presence is expected.

Qualifications

• MSW or MFT required; CA licensure preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in behavioral health case management or care coordination.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role across clinics and field settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a personal caseload and deliver high-quality care.
• Conduct behavioral health screenings and develop care plans with the team.
• Serve as resource for crisis response and warm handoffs.
• Document encounters in required systems per standards.
• Lead program supervision and team coordination as applicable.
