Remote Raven is seeking a knowledgeable DME Specialist to support sleep medicine operations. The role focuses on CPAP compliance education and patient communication, with administrative support for sleep testing and DME workflows.

The ideal candidate will talk with patients, understand CPAP therapy, and balance patient-facing duties with operational tasks, showing strong organization and independent work in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• DME/CPAP experience is preferred
• CPAP therapy knowledge and compliance requirements

Responsabilités

• Communicate CPAP usage and compliance to patients and troubleshoot
• Educate patients on therapy adherence and address concerns
• Document patient interactions in the system
• Coordinate follow-ups related to compliance and progress
• Schedule sleep studies, tests and related appointments
• Schedule CPAP setup and coordinate equipment delivery
• Process DME resupply orders accurately and timely
• Assist with counseling patients on equipment use and next steps
• Support administrative workflows related to DME and sleep services

This role will primarily focus onCPAP compliance education and patient communication, while alsoassistingwith administrative and coordination tasks related to sleep testing and durable medical equipment (DME) workflows.

The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with patients, understands sleep therapy and compliance requirements, and can balance patient-facing responsibilities with operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Communication & CPAP Compliance

• Communicate with patientsregardingCPAP usage, compliance requirements, and troubleshooting

• Educate patients on the importance of therapy adherence and address common concerns

• Document patient interactions accurately in the system

• Coordinate follow-ups related to compliance and therapy progress

DME & Sleep Operations Support

• Schedulesleep studies, sleep tests, and related appointments

• ScheduleCPAP setup appointmentsand coordinate equipment delivery

• ProcessDME resupply ordersaccurately andtimely

• Assistwith counseling patients on equipment use and next steps (non-clinical)

• Support administrative workflows related to DME and sleep services

Qualifications

• Experience as aDME Specialist,Sleep Technician, orRespiratory Therapistpreferred

• Strong understanding ofCPAP therapy and compliance requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable handling both patient-facing and administrative tasks

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Background

• Prior experience insleep medicineorDME operations

• Familiarity with EHR systems and DME workflows

• Experience coordinating sleep tests and CPAP setups

This is a full time role
