Qualifikationen

• Previous DME experience preferred.
• Experience with EHR, inventory management, or healthcare billing systems preferred.
• Current Driver’s License required for Driver portion.
• Driving record for past 36 months must be clean of major offenses.
• State law minimum liability coverage for personal vehicles used for LH business.
• RQI Responder within 7 days of hire/transfer; or before independent patient care.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and professional interaction with patients, referral sources, providers, and internal teams.
• Commitment to integrity, kindness, empathy, and high standards of service.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication; teamwork and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning other software as needed.

Aufgaben

• Assembles and delivers DME and specialty equipment to customers in the service area.
• Performs equipment checks, calibration, and maintenance; documents for patient records and reimbursement.
• Supports billing, insurance verification, and record maintenance per protocol.
• Coordinates daily activities, communicates needs, and supports workflow and customer service.
• Operates organization vehicles per Logan Health policies and regulations.
