Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Associate’s degree in Medical/Secretarial field and 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and professional presentation.
• Ability to maintain customer relations and multi-task under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Home Medical Equipment referrals and delivery with staff.
• Act as liaison to obtain coverage information for equipment orders.
• Coordinate CPAP/BIPAP resupply and equipment ordering.
• Educate patients on insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs.
• Ensure timely delivery and safety via coordination with pharmacists and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with hospital policies.
