Job summary

CoxHealth in Houston, MO is seeking a Medical Equipment Delivery Educator to deliver, set up and educate customers on durable medical equipment in homes, offices, or clinics. This role provides 24-hour/day coverage to Home Support customers and triages calls to ensure timely assistance.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent; no prior experience required. Must be able to use computers and phone systems, maintain a professional demeanor, and comply with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use computer/software systems and a phone system to transmit orders.
• Markets and represents Home Support in a positive and professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
• Familiar with regulatory agencies and CoxHealth Home Support policy and procedures.
• Demonstrates timeliness, courtesy, sincerity and patience when dealing with customers.
• Maintains knowledge of respiratory and DME equipment and home care trends.
• Adheres to OSHA, DOT, and Joint Commission regulations relevant to the role.
