Giving Home Health Care is seeking a DME Coordinator to identify patients who may benefit from DME, coordinate evaluations with physicians, and ensure accurate documentation in Salesforce. Strong organizational and communication skills, plus HIPAA knowledge, are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for patient and provider interactions.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify patients who may benefit from DME and engage them compassionately.
• Coordinate DME evaluations with physicians and clinic staff.
• Ensure documentation and Salesforce updates are complete and accurate.
• Prioritize high‑value DME requests (oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP) and track 30‑day timelines.
• Monitor authorizations, denials, and maintain timely follow‑ups.
• Serve as the local liaison between GHME, care teams, patients, physicians, and suppliers.
